A basic principle applies: "We satisfy Job One, then discuss Job Two." The firm, originally named Max Drill, Inc., was founded in 1924 by the late Max Drill. Richard and Philip took over the helm and renamed the firm Drill Construction Company in 1975. Their varied educational achievements and work experiences bring unique perspective and specialized skills to Drill Construction Company. COMPANY PERSONNEL PROFILES Larry Drill, President and Treasurer, is a licensed architect. Roger Drill, Executive Vice President, has extensive experience in all phases of construction including: site, structure, roofing, interiors, pre-engineered steel buildings, mechanical and electrical. David Drill, Secretary, has been a principal with Drill Construction Company, Inc. since 1990. Philip Drill, Chairman of The Board, has a degree in Engineering and has been a principal in Drill Construction since its inception in 1975. Jonathan Drill, Of Counsel, is an attorney with a background in land use planning, zoning, and real estate development. Richard Drill, in memory, Co-Founder and former Co-Chairman, dedicated service 1975-2006. Other key personnel include Senior Project Manager Jim Gagnon and Project Superintendents Joe Baldassare, Geoff Lovette, Joe Rubel and Jeff Tomko .
