James O. Gagnon - Project Manager
James O. Gagnon has spent his entire career in the construction industry. He is currently the Senior Project Manager at Drill Construction Company, Inc., where he has been employed since 1997. After receiving a HVAC Certificate from the Technical Careers Institute in 1982, Mr. Gagnon worked for the Westside Air Conditioning Company in West Springfield, MA. He also completed certificate programs in Advanced HVAC given by the Refrigeration Servicemen Engineers Society. In 1987, Gagnon began his own business as a cabinetmaker. He was recruited by The Home Depot Inc. in 1991, advancing to District Manager of Installed Sales.

Mr. Gagnon's mechanical expertise has made him especially valuable in managing the technical complexities of communications projects. He has recently completed a Vehicle
Maintenance Facility for the Army Corps of Engineers, several installations for Sprint Communications Inc., a design/build Collocation Facility for Bridgepoint Communications, Inc., and Switch Facilities for Sprint Tele-communications, Inc., Prism Telecommunications, Inc., Net-Tel Communications, Inc. and US-LEC Communications, Inc.

Joseph Baldassare - Superintendent
Joseph Baldassare has been employed by Drill Construction Company, Inc. since 1989, where he began as a Carpenter Apprentice. He was promoted to Carpenter Foreman in 1997 and became a Project Superintendent in 1999. He has extensive experience in school renovation, having supervised the renovation of various schools in Verona and Caldwell. He was also superintendent on the Equinix Co-Location Communications Hotel in Newark, Sprint Relay 2nd floor addition in Maryland, and generator installation in Washington, DC. Mr. Baldassare is a graduate of Passaic Valley High School and completed course work at Union County Technical College and John Jay College.

Geoff Lovette - Superintendent
Geoff Lovette has been employed by Drill Construction since 2001. Geoff brought with him a diverse background in construction including retail, high-end custom homes, and an extensive knowledge of construction materials and applications acquired over 12 years as a lumber yard foreman and technical representative. Geoff has run a series of sensitive telecommunication projects with a high level of technical complexity. His resume has been growing in multi-disciplined projects, including site construction, fuel tank installations, generator installations, framing, fire suppression systems including F-200, HVAC Building Management Systems, electrical upgrades and 24-hour emergency construction and trouble shooting.

Joseph Rubel - Superintendent
Joseph Rubel has worked for Drill Construction since 1989. He began as a Journeyman Carpenter and was promoted to Project Superintendent in 1995. He has been the Project Superintendent for clients including Whitman, Breed, Abbot and Morgan, Penske Capitol Partners, the Endoscopy Center of Northern NJ, JB Hunt Transport, and United Auto Group. Mr. Rubel is a graduate of St. Michael's High School and completed business courses at Fairleigh Dickenson University. He is also a trained Aircraft Mechanic and holds an F.A.I.A. Airframe and Powerplant License. Mr. Rubel served in the United States Navy from 1975-1979 as a member of the Aviation Jet Mechanic and Helicopter Aircrew, from which he received an Honorable Discharge.

Jeffrey Tomko - Superintendent
Jeffrey Tomko has been employed by Drill Construction since 1990. He began as a Mason Foreman and became a Project Superintendent in 1992. Mr. Tomko graduated from Governor Livingston Regional High School in Berkeley Heights. He completed classwork in Construction Management at Middlesex County College and in Civil Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology. Some of Mr. Tomko's large projects include two new dealerships for the Woodbridge Auto Center, a new Penske Truck Leasing facility, a new dealership for the Middletown Auto Center, a new branch location for the World Savings & Loan, and an auto mall featuring Mecedes, Audi and Porsche. Jeff met the challenge of completing three active auto dealerships during ongoing business. He recently managed a successful state-of-the-art Mercedes Benz 36 Bay Service Facility. Jeff's current project is a five-story addition to a Bayonne chemical plant. .
