Profile - Lawrence K. Drill Lawrence K. Drill, AlA, is a registered architect in New Jersey (license #08430). He has spent his professional career in construction and construction sciences. Larry joined Drill Construction Company; Inc. in 1981, and serves as Vice President and Treasurer of the company. Prior to 1981, Mr. Drill was employed as a designer and project manager at The Grad Partnership, Stephen W. Schwartz, AlA, and Ronald Schmidt and Associates, all major architectural firms throughout New Jersey.Larry is experienced in all phases of construction, including project design, project management, contract, bidding, construction management and design/build construction. He has been involved with major clients including: The Bayer Corporation, Carnegie Hall, United Airlines, Federal Express. 1st Occupational Center of New Jersey, Newark Symphony Hall, Walgreen's, International Technology Corporation and M. Polaner & Sons. He has also worked with numerous school boards and is active in community programs. Larry earned a BS in Architecture from Georgia Tech in 1977, and a Masters of Architecture from Rice University in 1981. He also spent one year at L'Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris. Larry is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association, American Institute of Architects, New Jersey Society of Architects, MA Newark & Suburban Architects (Trustee 1993-95, Vice President 1997) and the Construction Specifications Institute. < BACK |
