Profile - Roger L. Drill

Roger L. Drill has extensive experience in all phases of construction including: site, structure, roofing, interiors, pre-engineered steel buildings, mechanical and electrical. He joined Drill Construction Company, Inc. in 1977, after completing graduate work in Industrial Psychology Program at San Francisco State University. He received a BS in Business Management/Social Systems and Policy from the University of Hartford in 1974. Roger also completed classes in Engineering and Estimating at New Jersey Institute of Technology and participated in the Construction Management Program at Pratt University.

Roger is Vice President of Drill Construction. He has developed expertise in project management, estimating, design-build construction, metal buildings and subcontracting. A sample of Roger's major projects include Automobile Dealerships, Truck and Rail Terminals, Crane Buildings and Warehousing. Other examples of projects under Roger's management are: Cogeneration Facilities, Communications Facilities, Office Interiors, Computer Rooms, Retail Facilities, Pharmaceutical Buildings, School Construction, and Liquid Waste Facilities.

Roger is a member of the Building Contractors Association of NJ. Roger has served as a panel arbitrator and he has provided legal expertise as well. Roger performed community service as board member at Hospital Center of Orange, Friends of Edison National Historic Site, and the Jespy House for special need's residents. Roger coached for 6 years in the North Caldwell Girls Basketball recreation program.
